Store owner replied: The nature of preorders is that they take time. We need time to collect orders (about a month), time to make samples (about 2 weeks), time have the product manufactured (about a month and sometimes up to a month and a half), time to ship the product to our warehouse (usually 2 weeks but it can take up to a month because it has to go through customs clearance), time to do inventory and quality control (about a week) and then the time it takes to ship to customers (which we have no control over, but usually takes no more than 2 weeks, unless it is the holiday period, then understandably it will take longer). In addition, without preorders none of these products get made. We are not a large company and do not have the capital to make a significant quantity of product in advance in the hope that it will sell. If people want high quality and exclusive official merch like this, then preorders with a wait time is inevitable. We could get shirts to people faster by switching to DTG prints and running them off one at a time whenever an order comes in instead of doing old school style screen prints that have to be made in batches, but in our view that would be a compromise on quality that we are not willing to do.
