The item and print look amazing. For a 3XL however, it fits small. It feels like an XL, not XXXL. I bought it for collectors purposes, but my wife loves wearing these around the house because they are so comfy.

We always recommend checking those measurements against a shirt you already own rather than relying on the size label alone. Great to hear your wife is getting some use out of it too!
